Cynthia Jean Artisan Design carries a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers breakage during normal wear. Items may be repaired free of charge, at the sole discretion of Cynthia Jean. Please note that repairs may require replacement materials. Substitutions can be necessary as materials are unique and one-of-a-kind.
